| Company co-founder, Nithi Subhongsang, is the ultimate jack-of-all-trades at Nutty’s Adventures. He can easily be seen perched on a bicycle as a tour guide, or sitting in front of a computer doing office work, or in the back room inspecting equipment. If you ever attended a travel fair or tourism conference, then odds are that you will bump into him one day. Nutty earned his nickname because he walks on the wild side, often taking great risks so that new traveling routes can be offered in support of lesser known communities. With 11 years of experience in the tourism industry, Nutty has developed a deep passion for sustainable tourism and responsible travel. |

| After Thailand’s economy collapse in the late 1990s, Tung found his first job as a tour guide quite by accident. He was invited as a translator for a CBT training programme in Mae Hong Song, Thailand, and really thrived off the experience – eventually specializing as a tour guide with |

| treks into hilltribe villages (White Karen, Black Lahu, and Shan). After 9 years of working with these communities, Tung, also known as Panot Pakongsup, developed a sharp eye for small details that visitors would find very interesting. He prefers Community-Based Travel because it strengths communities, generates income, preserves natural resources, and helps locals to recover vanishing culture and traditions. |
| Tung has traveled extensively in Asia, Europe, and Australia – where he studied for his BA degree at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. |
