Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Chiang Mai – Pai – Ban Pha Mon

Day one begins with a scenic drive from Chiang Mai to Pai, winding through lush mountain landscapes in Northern Thailand before stopping for lunch at a local Thai restaurant. In the afternoon, the journey continues to the community-based tourism (CBT) trek starting point, where you'll meet your local hilltribe guide and begin a three-hour nature trek through rotational farmland and dramatic limestone terrain, pausing at Giew-lom viewpoint. By late afternoon, you’ll arrive at Ban Pha Mon, a Black Lahu village, where your homestay hosts welcome you into their home and invite you to observe the preparation of a traditional Lahu dinner before settling in for the night.

Day 2: CBT trek to Ban Muang Pam (white Karen village)

After breakfast at your homestay in Ban Pha Mon, set off on a 5–6 hour CBT nature trek toward a White Karen village, passing through Northern Thailand’s stunning mountain scenery. Enjoy a jungle-style picnic lunch prepared by the team, then continue through forested trails, rice paddies, and a conservation forest, with stops at local
limestone caves.
By late afternoon, arrive at Ban Muang Pam, where the CBT club offers a warm welcome and your Karen homestay hosts invite you to observe the preparation of a traditional Karen dinner before settling in for the night.

Day 3: Village walk – Bamboo rafting – Lod Cave – Pai

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely walk through Ban Muang Pam to explore the rhythms of village life before beginning your 6.5 km CBT trek to Lod Cave, one of Northern Thailand’s largest and most mysterious cave systems. Stop for lunch at a local Thai restaurant, then venture into Lod Cave’s dramatic chambers—Giant Pillar, Doll Cave, and the prehistoric wood coffin cave, steeped in ancient lore. In the late afternoon, transfer back to Chiang Mai via a scenic four-hour drive, arriving by early evening for hotel drop-off
