Many of the villagers are fishermen and you may have the opportunity to go out sea with them as they go searching for fish and shellfish. Red-necked hawks are a common sight in this area. Visit the village temple which contains a folk museum housing antiques from the region and a mural depicting historical events. A learning centre established by King Rama V contains many interesting old photographs taken by a village wise man many years ago.
